1 serving: 1 heaped Tablespoon (Tbs), approximately 7g
Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (7g) with half to one glass of water or fruit juice according to taste, and take once or twice a day.
As a spread: Add one teaspoon of Vegge SuperPowder to yoghurt along with your choice of fruit or honey. Stir one teaspoon of powder into a cup of low-fat smooth cottage cheese; season with a little garlic and salt, then spread onto crackers, bread or any sandwich.
