Returns & Refunds

Whether you've changed your mind or something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any items to us for a refund. 

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless an item is being returned due to a fault or error of WORK OUT LIFE.

It can take 7 business days or greater for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within three business days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. 

If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the items returned must be in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. 

If an item develops a fault after 28 days, you may be able to return it for a refund depending upon the type of item, the way in which such an item is ordinarily used and the typical lifespan of that type of item. You are not able to return goods if they have been thrown away, destroyed, lost or damaged through no fault of ours after the goods have been delivered to you. To return a faulty item please email for a Return Merchandise Authority note before dispatching it.

So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken when we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase and in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.

Return goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes whilst in transit. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

How do I return?

Step 1: Email for a Return Merchandise Authority note. Quote your sales receipt number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Repack the item along with the Return Merchandise Authority note in its original packaging. We must receive the return slip to process your refund.
Step 3: Stick the returns address label over the original address label on the packaging.
Step 4: Securely reseal the original packaging. If your box or bag is damaged and cannot be reused please pack your items securely in alternative packaging.
Step 5: Use a postal service to send the items back to us. 

If you have chosen to exchange for a different size or colour, the exchange will be processed once we receive your returned item.

We highly recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of goods you are returning, and that you also obtain proof of postage to avoid any problems. Packages must be returned prepaid. The cost of shipping goods back to is not refunded. 

If goods are deemed faulty or the return is due to an error on our part, the following maximum return shipping refunds will be applied once your return is processed.

Depending on the postal service you use, it may take some time for the returned items to arrive with us. Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect the goods within 3 business days and provided we are satisfied with your return, process your refund as quickly as possible. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we may also reimburse you the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be made to the credit card used in the initial transaction. Please note:
 Unless the items are faulty, the goods must be returned to us in the original condition, with all tags and labels still attached and in its original packaging. Ensure the items are packaged and protected well for return as we can’t take responsibility for them until they arrive back to us.

All items must be unwashed and unworn and in the same sellable condition that the product was sent to you. WORK OUT LIFE strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.

 Footwear must be tried on carpet or a soft surface that will not mark the soles.

In the event of a refund, WORK OUT LIFE does not accept any liability and will not refund you, for any currency charges levied by your bank or credit card provider on the initial purchase or for any difference in the buying and selling exchange rates for currency used by your bank or credit card provider.

Non-returnable items

Items that cannot be returned include: underwear, swim suits (one piece and two piece bottoms), headwear, water bottles and gift cards.

Order cancellations

Please note that once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel or amend it. You are able to return an order for a refund under our Returns Policy.
